Maybe its the way the potter refines the clay, if it becomes more refined it becomes less sandy. Does your potter use a dragon kiln or an electric kiln? The engraving may not have been done by hand, though. I think it's like a stamp and then it's painted by hand.<BR/>This teapot is relatively more expensive than regular zisha, because zhuni is kind of rare.
