I find the flavor isn't so good if it sits until the next day, but just wondered what you thought. I often start a tea in the evening and continue the next morning (or even afternoon). It's not much different (in terms of waiting time) than if you start brewing a tea in the morning and finish in the evening.TeaMastershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02433657904904185875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326672.post-79125161299727231222012-09-29T11:10:31.457+08:002012-09-29T11:10:31.457+08:00Such wise words shared here in this post. Oh the temptation is to ignore some teas to buy more. I am trying to be patient. One question, I often will resteep throughout the day, but do you sometimes hold steeped tea and resteep it again the next day?Marilyn Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13115440271615593122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326672.post-65780775041220352502012-09-28T23:03:49.907+08:002012-09-28T23:03:49.907+08:00Even if I am no longer in tea brewing art,I discov...Even if I am no longer in tea brewing art,I discover that a higher price tea(high quality) lead a good tea infusion with a reduction of costs in time.It is a paradox but when I started with tea I spent a lots of money with small quality tea and in the final the really costs are more higher than I bought only quality tea sortiment.bogdanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06890215515035713952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326672.post-82075631597745502282012-09-28T09:06:09.128+08:002012-09-28T09:06:09.128+08:00Thanks for sharing your experiences! Thanks for sharing your experiences!TeaMastershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02433657904904185875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326672.post-62653107964979202332012-09-28T03:12:00.612+08:002012-09-28T03:12:00.612+08:00I really like this post. And I always try to push as many infusions as possible, sometimes I find that even when I think the leaf is done it all of a sudden brews another very sweet cup.Emmetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05691780965014088061noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7326672.post-4428768148518854092012-09-28T03:00:07.080+08:002012-09-28T03:00:07.080+08:00Stephane, very true and wise words.
