How to make japanese tea?

A friend just brought me a tea whisk (chasen) back from Japan, and I am now able to make my own matcha. By the way, I use a marble grinder to grind my green tea myself. Like for pepper, it's best to wait the last moment to grind the tea in order to keep the volatile oil extracts.
