November nostalgia

How it started

When I go through the archives of my blog in the month of November, I see a lot of nostalgia. It comes with the season, I guess: the reduction in day light, the days of remembrance for the dead (November 1st), the end of the first world war (November 11th) and the Bataclan (November 13ts) since 2015. The reasons to be hopeful and cheerful used to start at the end of November or early December and found their climax in the last week of the year. Maybe that's why the Christmas lights tend to be installed ever earlier (I've already seen a Christmas tree in New Taipei City and lots of LEDs)!?

Since I'm clearly less productive on the blog this year (only 37 posts so far), but very productive in terms of videos, here are 2 very nice articles I wrote in November and remain very relevant.
20 years ago: Learn Gongfu cha (6): beyond the senses
10 years ago: Is the Cha Dao a road paved with violence?

How it's going

If you love tea, then the best remedy against nostalgia is good tea! Life is short and shouldn't be spent drinking poorly grown/harvested/processed/aged tea leaves. Let the professionals test the teas and select the best for their boutique! Just learn, enjoy, repeat!
