The hunt for Winter Oolongs

This week, I was busy chasing winter Oolongs in Shan Lin Xi and Alishan! I'm glad to be back from this tea trip with lots of beautiful pictures, great memories and 4 new winter Oolongs: 1 Jinxuan and 3 Qingxin Oolongs. I had been out of an everyday Qingxin Oolongs from Alishan for about 2 months!

Since I was quite busy selecting new teas and meeting tea farmers, I didn't have time to prepare a special subject for my weekly tea class. So, tonight, I propose to do a FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) and if you have specific questions, please write them in the comment section here.
