I also go to a school were we have tea classes.
We specialize in Chinese/Taiwanese methods. but also teach many other methods including other Asian countries to include Japan Korea and England Russia...ect the list is as vast as the tea.
We have classes about the brewing methods of Chinese/Taiwanese Tea Arts. Also "The Art of Making Tea" and history of tea, tea manufacturing, the classification of teas, and how to tell them apart.
