On the picture below, you may notice an expensive silver teapot. Teaparker also used it to brew some Long Jin. I must say the result was very pleasant. The flavors came out in full and without the 'cooked soup' feeling you get sometimes when (mostly low quality) tea is steeped at too high a temperature.
Amazingly, this was not the case, despite using boiling water and a silver teapot, which conducts heat very well. This was the ultimate proof that our West Lake Jin Pin Long Jin is genuine. It also shows good green tea will taste best with water that just reached its boiling point.
