I have tried this tea 2 ways now. It is a refined, excellent aged brick. Steeping a small amount, one gram to a 100ml teapot for a minute at a time, the brew has wonderful body, with wood and fruit, some mushroom and a bite like cinnamon, with a wonderful strong sweet aftertaste. I got six brews like this. When I used 4 grams I got a much woodier and denser brew with less sweetness, more mushroom and earth, and great durability. I even left the tea, after steeping it six times, for five hours, and came back to have 3 great steeps with a friend. I could probably have had more but it was getting late... The leaves, by the way, smelled great--like delicious wet earth. A really fine tea, and economical because you can brew it one gram at a time...
